The election "audit" out in Wisconsin, led by a right-wing former state supreme court justice, is embarrassingly insane.

The skies over America’s Dairyland are dark with the smoke from a dozen bonfires of taxpayer dollars. And one Michael Gableman is the torch. From the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel:

But he’s an absolute joke who the GOP state leadership right behind him.

The result is an expensive snipe hunt conducted by people who aren’t as smart as snipes are. He tried to slip a whole raft of embarrassing documents onto the Intertoobz because, of all the snipe hunters, he’s the clumsiest and most likely to shoot off a couple of his own toes.

I just can’t with these people anymore.

There’s a terrible risk of inbreeding there, but I take her point.

This is extremely nuts. Gableman is at play in the fields of the snipe, and he’s doing it on the public tab. He keeps taking a hiding in one court or another because no judge shares his delusions.

Probably because nobody knew what they meant. Snipes are sitting with their feet up, laughing.
